Day 8 –

Today was a full on day, without divulging content the focus was:

a.m. Exam (2hrs) and then Dean Wells on Forest Trusts and the merry AD ramblings of a fellow Englishman

p.m. DFS and DFS-N on W2003 and W2008

The exam was/is a killer – probably the hardest test I have ever taken for a Microsoft Certification – have I passed? I shall know tomorrow.

Dean Wells – if you know AD then you need to know Dean Wells – just google (sorry Live Search) the name and you might see a few of his postings.

Ned Pyle (Ask the Directory Services Team blog owner) was our tutor for the afternoon and he has plenty of in the field experience which counts for a lot when you take this kind of class.

The class is also really beginning to bond and from these 3 weeks I shall be taking away a lot of new friendships

More tomorrow.
